We have every aspect of your physical well-being covered.

    A 30-minute low impact workout of aerobics and dance. This class will engage all muscle groups while improving coordination, balance, flexibility, and endurance.

Aqua Fit

  • Aqua Jog
    Mixed tempo, deep water exercises to alleviate spinal compression and joint pain. Uses waist belts, buoys and noodles to increase resistance in the water.

    Discover the benefits of liquid resistance using unilateral movement. Increase performance and overall functional fitness using hand buoys, noodles, and bands.

Group Fit Mixer

Join us Friday, 5/19 from 6:00p-7:30p for our Group Fit Mixer! Our monthly mixer includes three 25-minutes classes back-to-back. Try one, two, or all three classes. The mixer is FREE for members and guests. Child watch is free for members and only $5 per child for guests. This month’s mixer will be:

Community Zumba

Location: Gym

Enjoy Community Zumba the first Friday of every month from 6:00pm-7:30pm! This class will give you the cardio blast you need with upbeat music and Latin rhythms. Free for members and guests! Child watch is free for members and only $5 per child for guests.
