    Rooted in ballet and pilates, this upbeat class provides, posture, flexibility, and a full-body workout. No barre or dance experience necessary!

Aqua Fit

  • Aqua Zumba

Kroc Fit

Location: Kroc Fit Gym

Check out our new Kroc Fit classes! Strengthen your body and challenge yourself with functional fitness like never before! Our expert instructor will ensure that everyone from beginners to experienced athletes learn proper technique and safety to maximum results. Kroc Fit memberships are added onto your regular gym fee for only an additional $35 a month. Not sure if this is the program for you? Come to the weekly free trial class, Saturdays 9:30am. Community Yoga

Location: Courtyard

Be a part of the Kroc’s newest sensation, Community Yoga! This FREE yoga class will be held Saturday, 9/23 form 9:30a-11:00a. Join us in the courtyard behind the facility for ultimate sunshine and relaxation. Child watch is free for members and only $5 per child for guests.

Members enjoy free child watch, indoor pool, 16 court tennis center, fitness center, over 300 group fitness classes a month, access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and much more!
