We have every aspect of your physical well-being covered.

    Rooted in ballet and pilates, this upbeat class provides, posture, flexibility, and a full-body workout. No barre or dance experience necessary!

Aqua Fit

  • Aqua Jog
    Mixed tempo, deep water exercises to alleviate spinal compression and joint pain. Uses waist belts, buoys and noodles to increase resistance in the water.

    Discover the benefits of liquid resistance using unilateral movement. Increase performance and overall functional fitness using hand buoys, noodles, and bands.

Saturday day 10:00am-11:30am, join us as we kick off our newest class, Les Mills original barbel workout, BODYPUMP! All levels are welcome to the FREE event. BODYPUMP class schedule is now available online and at our facility.
